Of course, that makes me think in my head that you were prepped for that with sleeping bags ready for the cold weather. I might should look into those next year just in case. It wouldn't be bad to have them and just put them up (someplace mouse proof, ha) and then we'd have them 'just in case'. Prepping in plain sight, right? Ha. Thanks for the idea.

And yes, K & J, wow, I just don't know how they do it. It's SO cold. I didn't mis-type. That's ONE DEGREE FAHRENHEIT. We're being told that people younger than 40 years living here all their lives have never experienced such cold. And, I'm in a house built around 1925. We may have adventures here!dianefaithhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07229979968118248563noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3552387675026716797.post-27877616442106505192014-01-05T13:24:28.552-06:002014-01-05T13:24:28.552-06:00It's butt stinging cold here and are in the mi...It's butt stinging cold here and are in the midst of a blizzard. These kind of temps are being twisted by the 35 mph winds out there, so it's feeling like -19 Yucky yucky yow yow !!

Yesterday was cartoonish, with people mobbing the grocery stores and gas stations. I stopped at the mom and pop market and got a few things, like garlic and such, but mostly just came home to wait it out.
