We did use a deeper glass baking dish & only used a small amount of mozzarella b/c of the amount of cheese already on the pizza, sprinkled some Parmesan/Romano cheese on top near the end. I was shocked how fabulous it turned out! Who doesn't end up with a few slices of leftover pizza? A great dinner, just add a salad and voila!Little Juliehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07007055723627111742noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3552387675026716797.post-44881185653411178952018-03-01T06:56:56.561-06:002018-03-01T06:56:56.561-06:00Love this idea! Looks absolutely wonderful.<br />I do my scrambled eggs in a sheet pan; cut into squares when done, are perfect for bacon / sausage, egg, cheese breakfast sandwiches; especially when the gandkids come over or when we have over night guests.Colleenhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13106960827480062745noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3552387675026716797.post-78996619678902987972018-02-28T13:24:37.677-06:002018-02-28T13:24:37.677-06:00That looks delicious. I make egg muffins which are really a frittata in a muffin pan and they freeze and reheat very easily.Anne in the kitchenhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01533249631969001657noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3552387675026716797.post-65732217972532222072018-02-28T11:53:13.241-06:002018-02-28T11:53:13.241-06:00oh cool i never thought of making a frittata on a...oh cool i never thought of making a frittata on a sheet pan. now i will!jaz@octoberfarmhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17249328159454897124noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3552387675026716797.post-29033466859419349562018-02-28T09:35:40.078-06:002018-02-28T09:35:40.078-06:00You are really on a roll with your sheet pan recip...You are really on a roll with your sheet pan recipes.Marciahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00992626996077874832noreply@blogger.com
