There hasn't been a dull moment yet, that's for sure, ha.

@Robin: I'm sure I may want nice orderly rows but when I get it in the ground and start it growing, it's liable to take on a mind of it's own, ha. I like the idea of triangles, that makes sense. I love your blog. Looks like you all are tackling a lot of the same things we are. It's a lot of work in starting a homestead and fixing up an old house, but there's never a dull moment. :) Your herb garden is beautiful, BTW.Leighhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02435811789823712254noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3552387675026716797.post-10228218531593769642011-10-06T16:14:54.850-05:002011-10-06T16:14:54.850-05:00Yes, I think that there is room for both. I do a lot of companion planting and tend to stick things in here and there. Before we got the plots, I had very limited space. So I had most things planted in triangles in order to get the most out of the space.

My herb garden is more like a cottage garden. So nothing is planted in rows there.Robinhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12220238404223196571noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3552387675026716797.post-22224748342394555422011-10-06T15:43:02.094-05:002011-10-06T15:43:02.094-05:00Coming in on my blog day off to say thanks for vis...Coming in on my blog day off to say thanks for visiting again! Yes, I totally agree with you, but it sure looks pretty huh? LOL! Plus the plants sometimes don't stay in those neat rows, ha. I'm hoping when I get our raised beds in, we'll have some order of some sort. :-)1st Manhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04861609647607912193noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3552387675026716797.post-23477939373688571452011-10-06T15:11:42.690-05:002011-10-06T15:11:42.690-05:00I happen to love nice neat gardens. I did keep my raised bed neat last year though and since all my gardens will be raised beds next year maybe I will finally have some order.becky3086https://www.blogger.com/profile/01026872543168452124noreply@blogger.com
