FRIDAY NIGHT DINNER WITH THE BLAAK CHEESE

Dinner
Here is tonight's dinner, featuring our newest acquisition, the Beekman Blaak cheese, direct from Sharon Springs, NY.


Heirloom tomatoes with aged Balsamic vinegar, homemade toasted farmhouse bread, oven roasted Italian sausage, a glass of Malbec, and of course, the Blaak.

More later this weekend, including our review of the cheese
