CAKE FOR BREAKFAST? NEW STUDY SAYS MAYBE!

Cake for Breakfast?
We read this article about researchers who did a study saying that it might not be such a bad idea to have a slice of cake for breakfast...in order to help with weight loss!

I almost stopped reading after that, because, quite frankly, do we really NEED to know anything else when someone tells us it's OK?  But I did read it and it's actually very interesting.  Instead of repeating the entire article, click below to read about it.


OK, off to find a slice of cake...apparently the breakfast of champions! LOL!
