ROBIN WILLIAMS

Robin Williams
Robin Williams is no longer with us.  Such an odd thing to type.  He was one of our favorite comedians and we have enjoyed him from when we were children watching Mork and Mindy, through every movie and comedy routine through the years, all the way up to now.  I know he struggled with so many internal issues...I heard someone say just moments ago that often, the funniest comedians are the ones with the deepest pain.

His humor will be missed...we hope he finds the peace that seemed to elude him.  Sending comfort to his family.  Thank you for making us laugh over and over and over, now and forever.

  7. It really hurts my heart that he's gone. Such a light has gone out in the world, but I fear for him it was all darkness. I didn't know him (of course) but his passing has brought me to tears.

  9. Mrs Doubtfire wasn't every Williams favourite, but I loved it and our local station is running it as a tribute to Robin. Oh, how he will be missed! He still had so much to give. RIP RW.

  11. Clinical depression is a deadly disease. So very sad he felt so helpless and hopeless. So young.

  12. I was in denial too, but too many tributes to him on TV to deny it. I've cried many tears laughing at and with him. I'm sad that now I cry many tears for him and for me for such a loss of a great man. We have lost so much.

  13. 1st Man,

I was disappointed to hear what had happened to him. I'm happy to say, I had an opportunity to meet Robin Williams, and watch him perform. May he rest in peace.
