Every Thursday we like to post a picture of something we've found online that inspires us to do something similar at the farm. Sort of our own blog bulletin board so that we can eventually look back and someday, hopefully anyway, recreate it...enjoy!

Our porch floor is natural wood.
Our house is white.
Not much involved in this, we just need to find a small wooden table and a couple of simple chairs, paint it all white (in outdoor paint of course) and then we can just sit and relax. Now I'm going to be on a mission to find a little table like this.

Looks like the table may open up to make for a bit larger table and looks like it was made from pallet wood.

Forgot to reply to these, sorry about that. I didn't notice that but yeah maybe it does get bigger. But we do like it small like this. Just a place to rest.
DeleteI LOVE this rustic table. It would look right at home on your porch. Look at some of those junk-tique places in smaller towns.
ReplyDeleteIt is pretty huh? I think it's just the overall simple color and size that are appealing. I will definitely be keeping my eyes open.
DeleteCurious why you never have guests out there? It's a pretty place & you seem to love it, is it too far for city people to travel do you think?
ReplyDeleteOh we do have quick visits from friends and family but nothing like a big get together or overnight yet. There is no heat in the winter and the summer is hot and we only have the two window units. It's all fine for us but not conducive to company for a party or dinner. But that's why it's a work in progress. Oh, and we only have one (small) bathroom. We'll get there, ha! O
