QUESTIONABLE FOOD FROM THE PAST

In year's past, around the holidays, we've posted some, um, "questionable" food ideas from long ago.

So just in time for Thanksgiving, in case you don't know what to cook tomorrow, LOL, here's one...

Tuna 'N Waffles!

Wait whaaaat?  Oh it's so easy according to the ad.  Just mix some Cream of Mushroom soup, milk, tuna and olives, heat it up and serve it over waffles.

Delicious!

We. Have. No. Words.

  1. 🤢 🤮 Yah, I don't think so!!
Since I am on my own ... I am doing some BBQ riblets in the oven tomorrow; make a small batch of mac & cheese, and have some salad on the side! That should do it for me!!
Happy Thanksgiving to you 2 gentlemen and to all of your visitors to your blog!!

  4. That looks sooo unappetizing. Why ruin a perfectly good waffle with that concoction on it?!

    1. Exactly. All those foods separately are fine but together? No.

  6. I remember having this (though not for TG) when I was a kid ... This year, post double blood clot on brain and craniotomy we just pulled from the fridge and freezer .. We had hoped to get Thai food from our fave Thai restaurant for take away yesterday and have it again today, but they were closed both days.

    1. Oh my gosh, we hope you are doing better. Sending big warm hugs to you!!!!

We LOVE Thai food. There are some good places here in Houston. Of course we haven't been to a restaurant in ages. I'll have to suggest that soon. Now I'm craving it again, ha.

      OK, take care of yourself!!!!

    1. It's a little gag inducing for sure. I just don't know what they were thinking. Of course people had to have made it and liked it. It's just such a weird combination.

  8. Hmm. Hot, creamy, and salty. Over crispy waffles.
I would at least give it a try.
