Now, please don't think this is our cottage garden, ha. It's a picture I found online while looking for fence ideas recently. If ever there was a picture that inspired us to create something of beauty, this would be it.
If I could come up with something half as nice as this, I'd be happy. I just love the colors, the variety, the random nature of the design...just very pretty!!

ReplyDeleteThat has to be one of the prettiest garden I've ever seen. I saw a similar one on GardenWeb that had vineing flowers growing up brightly painted ladders. I absolutely fell in love with it.

Beautiful! and See?!?! It has a white picket fence, my first choice for your garden fence! My chain link fenced garden just doesn't look the same. (not that the plants inside were ever that beautiful!) if it just weren't for deer in your area that could just lean over a white picket fence and enjoy lunch.

ReplyDeleteCarol - You noticed the picket fence!! Yes, i LOVE that. You know I was thinking maybe I could do one thing around the garden (since it's away from the house) and then maybe I could figure out a picket fence around/near part of the house. Best of both worlds?
