This poster comes from Australia. It's from Victorian Railways and asked people to eat more fruit because it would, as the poster says, put more pep in your step. I think that's appropriate today as well.
Wouldn't it be neat to see posters around like this, maybe on the sides of buses, instead of the latest movie/TV show or some medication from a big pharmaceutical company?
Speaking of, I think I'll go have an apple and an orange!

DeleteYes I would like to see more ads like that than medications. Enjoy the rain, cuts down on watering the yard. Total rainfall in my area of CA for the YEAR was 6 inches, there are states getting more than that in a few hours. Send some to CA please.
ReplyDeleteYep, more rain more mowing, which for me, I don't really mind (remind me of that in August, ha). SIX inches for the year? Wow. Yes, got an inch in just a few hours this morning. Hope you get rain too!

I know, some of the ones out there are so depressing. Just the latest processed junk or like I said, drug companies pushing whatever new medicine they have, etc.
