Wow, this week has flown by. It's been a weird week of weather, rain on and off, hot, then reasonable. Yesterday was pretty good for weather, but now today there is more rain coming. 2nd Man and I went out to the farm to see the progress and wow, some really awesome stuff happening! Updates coming!
This is one of our new favorite meals, our interpretation of a stir fry. 2nd Man uses pork tenderloins sliced into medallions, some fresh carrots, beans, onions, snow peas, mushrooms, water chestnuts and those little baby corns, all served over rice.
Hobart is charging his solar batteries by relaxing in the sunshine. Of course he can't lay on the bare floor, he must have something so he gets his special floor towel, ha. Because...

I can only imagine the progress they have made within a weeks time; especially when they are probably doing most of the work inside now. New things changing from week to week. The excitement you both must be having right now. Excited for you both.
