GOOD FOOD AND DARWIN SUNDAY

For those who missed it, check out yesterday's post for a bonus Darwin picture, ha.  We have used the arils from our lone, homegrown pomegranate a few times.

Made some grilled salmon over couscous and veggies and just scattered some on top.  It was a nice pop of sweet/tart flavor.

I work from home on Wednesdays and Darwin just had to be up on the desk to see what was going on.  So I lifted him up and he roamed around a bit.  Look at that face.  Sigh.

OK this was just too cute.  He was sleeping under a blanket and buried himself down in there but left his legs sticking out.  He is definitely...
