I didn't realize until I saw this but I guess major corporations were sponsors of these movements as well.
Here, it's Texaco, urging everyone to "Grow More in '44", and of course
that will help lay the groundwork for victory in the war!
Would be nice to see more corporations today back a home gardening movement, such as Nabisco recently did with their Triscuit "seed" boxes.
