Perhaps not a treat, as my chair is right beside it, but I love it every single time.....sitting beside the combustion stove (with a fire going inside of course). It's a guaranteed winner.

ReplyDeleteHad hamburger pasta soup later in the day.
Just think; the first day of winter is Wed. the 21st. I have a feeling that it will be a loooooong and cold winter.
More soup! Yay! And sounds good! Yep, first day of winter coming, feels different this year to me too.
DeleteI made some lemony orzo soup with leeks and tons of dill!
ReplyDeleteAnd even more soup! Love it! Lemony orzo? Wow, sounds delish!
Delete1st Man,
ReplyDeleteI know this is strange however, when it's very cold outside and we go fishing at 5AM we bring a heavy duty thermos full of steaming hot Campbell's Chicken Noodle Soup. It tastes amazing at 5AM out in temperatures in the low 20's.
