GOOD FOOD AND HOBART SUNDAY

It's a beautiful weekend here, perfect weather.  Time for some good food.  2nd Man made a couple loaves of bread yesterday.

Always so good to have fresh bread.  He's getting into a routine of making a couple loaves every other week.  It keeps us in fresh bread and we can do some good things with it through the week...

...like this!  We toasted some up and spread it with avocado, fried eggs and some fresh cooked and crumbled bacon.  Simple and delicious!

Hobart of course doesn't have a care in the world, he just wants to soak up some sun!

  1. That rsh bread sure does look delicious as well as your open face toasted egg sandwich but me; I would have to leave off the avocado.
Hobart, you have the right idea on taking a cat nap.
Seen my 1st hummer today. They usually come around this time of year. Nice to see them again. I had already put out a couple feeders this morning. Once I see more then I will put out a couple more feeders.

Beautiful, nice warm weather again today but Oh, this wind is something else.

Expecting sever storms moving in once again for tomorrow evening. :{ Rain we could use but the tornadoes and hail and strong winds can do without.

Enjoy your day and have a wonderful evening.

    1. Thanks. You don't like avocado? Oh my gosh it's one of my most favorite things. We really want to grow a tree at the farm but we'll need to be there since it can be as sensitive as the citrus. The wind was crazy.

    1. Oh it does smell wonderful. Funny thing is sometimes I get off the elevator in the building and I can smell it baking. I'm sure the neighbors wonder, ha.
