MOONLIGHT GLOW

This is the moon one evening at the farm...the camera usually takes a sharp clear picture of the moon when I've done it in the past...but on this particular evening, the moon had such a bright glow...

Moon quote
...it was almost as if it was lit up from the inside.  Definitely a beautiful sight from the front porch as it rose over the trees.  Yet another thing we love about having our place away from the city.

It just doesn't get any better than this!

  3. I know what you mean. I often try to describe the feeling of living where we do, surrounded by bush and space, peace and wildlife. I've come to believe that it comes from feeling physically and spiritually connected to your environment. It's a feeling you experience deep in your soul and by god, it's good!

  8. I am betwixt leaving the farm for a move to the city after more than 30 years. It is a hard decision and I made a list of Go or Not to Go. At the top of my Not To Go list is - the stars. I look at them every night; in the summer float in the pool and watch the stars come out.

    1. Oh, Donna, I didn't realize that. I hope it all works out for you. And side note, I thought I had been a follower of your site but I don't think I was (or I had been logged out or something). Sorry about that! Now I have to go back and catch up.
