GOOD FOOD AND HOBART BIG GAME SUNDAY

Here it is, time for the Big Game.  We're having meatloaf today, photos of that later.  But a few days ago, we had a delicious meal.

Green beans with tomatoes and onions, and then some lean PORK medallions pan seared with a gravy made using sautéed mushrooms, wheat flour and water with some non fat powdered milk.  It was amazing!

Also a salad, of course, to start!

Hobart is getting ready for the big game, doing what he does best: taking up half the couch on his special blanket.  Because...

Superbowl 59 is here.

Philadelphia Eagles vs Kansas City Chiefs

Who will be victorious?  And how many cool commercials will there be?

  4. I had to go back to check the "porn" medallions! I had read it "pork" and I usually catch the typos! I think age really is catching up with me ... the brain is skipping a beat once in a while!
No 🏈 for me today! Never watch the games!
The meal looks delicious and Hobart looks like the Sultan of Houston! LOL

    1. I corrected it and yes, I read it two or three times as well. Ooops! We watched, usually some of the only football we do watch, but we do also watch for the commercials, ha. Sultan of Houston, don't tell him that, it'll go to his head!

    1. It was so good and the gravy was pretty much as healthy as you can make it. No milk, maybe a tsp of oil at most (we use a sprayer for our olive oil) and super nonstick pans so there isn't much oil needed anyway. Wheat flour too. I'm going to request this more often, ha. Thanks!
