Heard some rustling in a pile of packing paper...it was Hobart exploring things.
"What are you looking at?"
"Wait a second...what's this?"
"Ah...a cozy napping place. Who cares if it's 15 stories off the ground?"
Gotta love the fearless kitty!
he really is magnificent! so glad you put a blankie in the window sill for him...
ReplyDeleteThanks! Yeah, he's not spoiled or anything, ha.. .
DeleteLast time I moved with a long hair black Cat, I found him hiding in the upper kitchen cabinet. Scared us both lol.
ReplyDeleteLOL, I can imagine!!!
DeleteAnother dramatic episode of “Downton High-Rise”: In this episode, Lord Hobart shows us how very necessary it is to have a butler, “1st Man-Carson, would you kindly bring me a nice, soft afghan and place it in the window and then, if you please, clean up the mess I made over there with the pile of paper?” In the next scene, we see Lord Hobart relaxing and enjoying the benefits of being the Earl of Grantham-Houston while he awaits his gourmet supper prepared by Cook 2nd Man-Patmore.
ReplyDeleteJoin us next week for another exciting installment of “Downton High-Rise” when we see Lord Hobart and his best mate Brisbane at the local cricket match held on Laundry-Room Field; Lord Hobart displays his superior skills of throwing balls (and assorted squeaky toys) to the batsman Brisbane with astounding mastery.
This was great.
