COLD WINTER SKY

Fluffy white clouds
These were the skies last weekend when we were at the farm getting things ready for the "Polar Vortex".  The cold front had just pushed on through the area and it made the prettiest skies.

This weekend is supposed to be nice, even though today is rainy.  The rain is good though, the fruit trees and yard are getting watered.  Now I just have to hope they survived the freeze.  I'll have an update later.

Hope you have a great weekend planned and it's warming up for you!

Hope you find everything to your liking. We, in Arizona, missed out on the rain. Maybe next time. But, things will begin to be planted inside so that they can be moved outside. Enjoy!

We are experiencing 50+ degrees today, but winds with gusts up to 70MPH are forecast. I think I'd rather have the freezing temps!

I have always loved looking at the sky, whether clear or cloudy or even stormy. Just wish I could paint, ha.

Another vortex? Yikes! I hope it's not as bad either. We've actually not had rain for 2 or 3 weeks so it's welcome here. Just not over the weekend, ha.

Definitely!! Missed the rain? Darn, maybe there will be more chances. :-)

70mph? Holy cow, that's like hurricane force winds!! I guess I can't say stay warm but I should say 'stay grounded'? Ha.
