We picked up some onions and poblanos as well. These look like larger spring onions but they are actually a special variety called knob onions or also known as Mexican spring onions. We sautéed it all together.
...and added corn tortillas, Mexican brown rice and black beans with turkey bacon and cilantro.
It was SO good.
Hobart spent the day sleeping, covered up under his favorite blanket (but head has to stick out). Because...

ReplyDeleteHobart knows how to spend a relaxing Sunday!
I have never heard of cutting chicken that way!
ReplyDeleteI have never seen a chicken cut that way. Growing up on a farm I have cut up many chickens.
ReplyDeleteHave a band saw but I still don't think I will be using it on cutting up a chicken.
You both take care and wishing you both a blessed week
