FELINE FRIDAY

Happy Friday, we're off today, running errands again.

Many of you like when we post a pic of our sweet kitty, Hobart.

Here he is the other night, he was laying on "his" afghan (one I found a few years ago at a thrift store and he promptly adopted it) and I distracted him to get a picture (my hand up in the air wiggling fingers while using the other hand to take the picture, ha).

And yes, that basket in the background is full of his toys.

His afghan.

His toys.

Nope.  Not spoiled.

That's our story and we're sticking to it.

    1. Thanks, we try to brush him every few days. He likes it and holds onto the carpet with his claws while we brush him, ha.

  6. Hobart is looking up at you like hey; what's the deal; 'That's my story and I'm sticking to it.'

Isn't that the whole reason for some to have fur babies is so that they can be spoiled?

Hobart; jumping for joy; "Oh boy, they are running errands again. Maybe they will bring me back something really cool, like a new toy, a new blanket to lay on, or maybe a some new kitty treats."
You guys have an enjoyable weekend and enjoy the Nascar race come Sunday.
Hobart, you have a fun and relaxing weekend as well.

    1. Oh he loves the afghan. It's probably because it's so soft and warm. Wherever we put it he will lay on it. Thank you!

    2. Beautiful boy! I have to say his name took me back decades ago when I was young and working at a Pizza Inn in El Paso. We had Hobart pizza dough mixers!
