GOOD FOOD AND HOBART SUNDAY

 It's been a good weekend, kind of chilly.  I went to the farm yesterday but no mowing this weekend, more on that tomorrow, so we ran a couple of errands and today is relaxing and unwinding from the week.

Here's a dish we had recently.  Achiote chicken thighs  roasted in the oven (we remove the skin prior to eating), some broccolini, homemade corn tortillas and avocado with pico de Gallo and greek yogurt.

Yum yum!

Hobart likes to sleep in his bed now, as long as we keep it by the front door...and put a towel in it...and one of our already worn t-shirts.  Because...
