A BEE HELLO

Snapped this pic recently and we love it...

I was taking some pictures of flowers at the farm and snapped this bee who seemed to be holding up her hand and looking at the camera as if to say hello...

Couldn't resist sharing!

Enjoy!

  9. Oh I should say she looks beeside herself with joy!! Why do we say "she"? I mostly use the she on bumblebees, because they are cute and fluffy... You have such a colourful and joyous blog, 1 and 2nd man are herebye rays of sunshine on my cloudy days! Hope you'll find Christmas a bright and blessed time on the farm. I bet you have lots of splendid recipes to share, better look in. You don't have snow I gather, bees in december?? Greetings to you both from Sweden! No snow, just ice, mist and some odd sleepy fat flies....

    1. Aww, how kind of you! Most honey bees you see out are female, the males stay at the hive on guard duty. It's fascinating. Funny though, I do always think of the big bumblebees so soft and fuzzy looking as female too. We rarely get snow in these parts but it will freeze on occasion. I'll try to post some good food stuff.

Again you are so very kind.

      Tusen tack!!!

      (hope we got that right!!)
