I like to put photos together that I can contrast with our downtown living and our property at the farm...
Here's a view from the apartment.
There is one path there...
And here's another path, this one at the farm...
Speaking of, as this posts, at the farm working on some projects. Good weekend so far, cool-ish (it warmed back up a bit, ugh) but no rain so that's good. We hope everyone is having a good start to their weekend!
Enjoy your beautiful day.
ReplyDeleteMe; well I'm making homemade bread
Two beautiful views.

I lived in a city for years, but now I love Bucks County living. But it's nice knowing that if a inch for the city hits, it's only a 40 minute train ride.
ReplyDeleteI much prefer the second path! :) When I lived in Montreal, I had a downtown apartment on the 28th floor, had a similar view. It was nice when I was younger, but now that I'm a little older and wiser, I much prefer the peace of being in nature!
ReplyDeleteAwesome comparisons!!!
ReplyDeleteit's like the view from my front porch and my back porch!
ReplyDeleteI like the second path much better.
ReplyDeleteI think you have the best of both worlds! Downtown Houston is so vibrant and alive now, compared to when we moved here 10 years ago. We spent a weekend in town then, was really surprised how quiet and sleepy it was compared to our previous hometwon Seattle. Now after years in the country, our need for a second home seems to be in The Woodlands where all our doctors are. 🙁
ReplyDeleteGreat pictures of both views. They are both vibrant in their different ways. But the country path is so peaceful - the meandering path seems to invite you in for a lovely stroll.
