Every Thursday we like to post a picture of something we've found online that inspires us to do something similar at the farm. Sort of our own blog bulletin board so that we can eventually look back and someday, hopefully anyway, recreate it...enjoy!
Wishing well herb garden, image via Pinerest.com |
OK, so this one is silly but still kind of fun. Someone took a barrel, painted it, put a roof over the top of it and made it a wishing well. Actually, with the herbs (looks like rosemary mostly) growing around it, it becomes kind of a neat way to have a focal point that is both cute to look at and be productive as well.
Be inspired!
Love the rustic look of the wishing well and what a great idea for planting a herb garden
ReplyDeleteHa! You must have read my mind! For at least the last two months, I have been daydreaming about having a wishing well. Yours is better executed. Mine involved a lot more construction.
ReplyDeleteWhat a great idea for your herb garden, looks lovely too.
ReplyDeleteWe have an honest to goodness capped well at the lake place. I have been telling TheHub I want to uncap it and build a well around it. This is pretty enough it might convince him.
