It's amazing how sunshine is like a magnet to cats. This is Hobart (upper) and Sydney (lower) one sunny day when we opened the curtains on the back doors in the kitchen. They weren't anywhere around when we did it. In fact, we were doing some laundry and a towel was on the floor waiting to go into the machine and the next thing we knew, there they were. Sacked out. We left them to enjoy their 'moment in the sun', because, really, isn't that what it's all about?
More later today, we made it to Friday!
They look sooo contented! Their 'moment in the sun' - I love that - very clever!
ReplyDeleteMy 2 cats also love to sun themselves - it must just be in their cat DNA to be sun-worshippers!
I think it is ingrained in their DNA right? They all love the sun. Maybe they are just always cold natured? Ha!
DeleteSpeaking of laundry, I can't change the sheets on the bed because I have a dog and a cat napping there! sigh. Guess I'll just have to find something else to do, LOL!
ReplyDeleteHa, we like when they are contentedly sleeping on the unmade bed, because they they are too cute to have to make it, LOL!!
DeleteYour 'Email Me' button seems to be malfunctioning at the moment and if I don't do this now I'll forget :)
ReplyDeleteFor your Inspiration Thursday consideration..http://blandhoke.blogspot.com/2008/01/till-fountain.html
Wow, that's great! Thank you!
DeleteThe email me button works again, I think it was a blogspot issue.
Thanks again!!
They look so sweet. My dogs do the same. Their favourite place is our front porch.
ReplyDeleteRosezeeta.
Animals do love the sun don't they? Maybe they know something we don't, ha. I just get hot, LOL!
DeleteLook at those loaded weapons just laying around...
ReplyDeleteLOL! That did make me laugh out loud. Yes, I guess they are loaded weapons (for those wondering, read one of the stay @ home-gardeners recent posts).
DeleteEven as loaded weapons, you gotta admit, they are cute. ;-)
