It's been a great weekend.  More coming up on that tomorrow.  Right now, it's time for some good food and some Hobart.  First the good food.

The other night, 2nd Man said "we haven't had a frittata in a while, how does that sound?"  Like anything he suggests to eat, I said "YES!".

We had eggs and cheese on hand.  He looked around the fridge and took out some ham to dice up, cherry tomatoes, mini bell peppers, an onion, and a bag of baby spinach.  Put it all together, bake in the oven and we end up with a wonderful meal that lasts a couple of days.  It's great for breakfast, lunch and/or dinner.

And here's Hobart, hanging out on his chair and his afghan which seems to be his current phase.  And we allow it.  Because...



  1. Hobart is looking as handsome as ever-the lucky boy!

  2. 2nd Man can create Kitchen Magic with a little bit of this and a tad of that - and Presto Chango, there's a great meal! Your frittata looks delicious.
    Hobart is his usual majestic self, soaking in the sunshine.

  3. It is nice to look in the refrigerator and imagine dinner without a recipe. Hobart looks fine today.
