CHIPOTLE MAYO SPREAD RECIPE

Just discovered this a few months ago and it's one of our favorite "condiments" now.
It's great as a spread on burgers, or as a dipping sauce for pretty much anything
(like the fries in this photo)

Chipotle Mayo Spread
INGREDIENTS:

1 cup mayonnaise
2 chipotle peppers from canned chipotles in adobo sauce
1 Tbsp adobo sauce (more for spicy, less for mild)
1/4 tsp garlic powder (not salt)
salt and pepper to taste

It's really just a matter of mixing it all together at this point.  You have two options;
You can blend it all in a blender/food processor, or you can mince the peppers with a knife and then mix it all together by stirring vigorously in a bowl.
If you choose the blender, blend for about 10 to 15 seconds, if you over blend it, it will become too watery, so be careful.

We like the hand mincing method the best because we like the small pieces in the sauce.

Enjoy!
