We've been gathering up boxes so we'll have them when we start putting some stuff up and packing things up inside the house.  For now, they'll be stored in the barn until we need them.

Every few weekends, we a load of boxes (from our downstairs recycling area) and store them.  I forgot to get pictures each time but before we put all of the last batch up, I got this one.

The truck worked great to carry stuff, as trucks are built to do, ha.  It was such a great decision to get it.

We figured it was time for something new for the truck so I picked up a sunshade for the front windshield.  Hoping it will benefit by keeping the heat off the dashboard and interior, at least maybe not as much.

Here it is in place.  Looking good.

We hope Bill is happy with his new sunglasses, ha!

  1. That will really help your dash, etc.
When hubby washes our truck he uses Armor All on dash, arm rest, etc. to protect all that inside stuff of the truck and also uses armor all on the truck bed cover to keep it from drying out and cracking. You can get the Armor All in the wipes, tire cleaner; basically for the inside and outside of one's vehicle.

  2. I hope he enjoys his new shades as well! Lois (my mini van) thinks it would not be a bad idea for me to get her some also.

  3. Bill is such a hard worker, he definitely deserves his new sun shades. Now he can look as COOL as he feels.

  4. Don't store cardboard in the barn and expect to put nice things in them. Cardboard gets damp and falls apart even if it dries out. Bugs and rodent will love the boxes. Store them in the house. The shade for protection is a great idea.

  5. What a nice gift for Bill!
