Peppers that have 3 bumps on the bottom are sweeter and better for eating.
Peppers that have 4 bumps on the bottom are firmer and better for cooking.

Easy Deviled Eggs: Put cooked egg yolks in a zip lock baggie.  Seal, mash them until they are all broken up.  Add the remainder of your ingredients, reseal, and keep mashing it up until thoroughly mixed.  Then you simply cut the tip of the baggy and squeeze the mixture into the egg.  All you have to do is just throw away the bag when done.  Instant clean up.

Reheating Pizza: Heat up leftover pizza in a nonstick skillet on top of the stove, set heat to medium low and heat until warm.  This keeps the crust crispy. No soggy pizza crust this way!

For a cool brownie treat, make your brownies as directed. Then melt Andes mints in double boiler and pour it over the warm brownies.  Let set and firm up for a delicious minty frosting.
Get rid of ants: Put small piles of cornmeal where you see ants. They eat it, take it back to their nest and because they can't digest it, it kills them.  It may take a week or so, especially if it rains, but it does work and you don't have to worry about pets or children being harmed.
To really make scrambled eggs or omelets rich and delicious, add a couple spoonfuls of sour cream, stir until mixed, then cook as usual for a creamy delicious version.
I just love tips like this.  As I run across another batch, I'll be sure and share and if anyone has some cool tips like this of their own, please share!
